You will:

• Manage complex projects, in a fast paced, dynamic and global environment, within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Facilitate/lead meetings to drive analysis &recommendations
• Develop innovative output & actionable recommendations based on analysis that improvesbusiness performanceand contributes to corporate goals and strategy
• Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of project work streams including milestone tracking and risk/issue management
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews with Services Executives
• Analyze and aggregate company-specific research, reviewing market trending, sales modeling, financial information, macroeconomic trends, and competitor analysis, etc
• Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, andapplications
• Define, supporting and/or driving process improvements

Essential Requirements

• relevant experience and a concentration on Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Analytics or related field
• BS/BA degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Sciences, Analytics or related disciplines or equivalent work experience
• Management Consulting Skills including problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics and reporting skills
• Comfortable working with global teams spread across multiple global regions
• Understand OnlineBusiness/Support
• Previous experience and ability to frequently interact with Vice Presidents, Executive Directors, Directors, Senior level managers, peers, project/program managers, operations, marketing, finance, and other internal & external customers
• Currently enrolled in a Master's program at the time of the internship

You will:

• Receive regular coaching and mentoring from experienced senior sales representatives.
• Be exposed to the inner workings of sales operations and calls.
• Identify customer needs/requirements and recommend the appropriate products and solutions.
• Interact regularly with a sales team along with your peer intern team.
• Remain up to date on new products, technology, and services offered.
