In theNext Generation Sales Academy (NGSA),you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization.Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective.Next, you will have the opportunity to be promoted toan InsideSales Representative, where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales cycle. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.
You will:
Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue
Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team
Participate in whiteboard competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations
Essential Requirements
Have 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
to pursue a dynamic sales career, with a focus on driving growth and innovation within datacentres, generative AI, and digital infrastructure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Relationship building and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both English and the local language, enabling effective communication across diverse customer and team interactions.

What you’ll achieve

As ayou will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. Essential Requirements
10+ years of experience in a related role or equivalentskill/education; mustinclude deep knowledge of data science principles.
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL and machine Learning knowledge (Deep learning, NLP, Classification, Forecasting, Regression, GenAI etc. on large datasets) with experience in ML model deployment
Ability to work with internal stakeholders to transfer business questions into quantitative problem statements
Ability to effectively communicate data science progress to non-technical internal stakeholders and ability to lead a team of data scientists is a plus
