Essential Requirements
Expert knowledge in Multicloud services and proficient knowledge in the areas of Data & AI and Resiliency & Security services.
Extensive presales experience of acting as a solution lead, solution architect or similar and proven skills and experience in constructing services solutions (requirements gathering, scope services, assemble effort estimates, plan programs and work packages, write SoW, answer RFI/RFP) for customers, typically in the large Enterprise and/or Government Sectors.
Thorough understanding of a services P&L and cash flow development (including business impact), risk analysis and commercial models such as Fixed Price, T&M and incorporation of 3rd party contracts in Waterfall and Agile project approaches.
Proven experience in client facing roles and effectively influencing at all levels (up to CxO) with ability to construct, tailor, and negotiate service contracts (e.g. Statements of Work) for both customer engagement and partner provisioning
Passion for cutting edge technology, services and life-long learning.
Exceptional consultative presales skills, including methods, tools and techniques to apply within digital transformation context; ability to run customer workshops and executive briefings; ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.

This role will report to the Director of Government Security within the Governance, Risk & Compliance organization.
What you’ll achieve
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and fast-moving andwill provide oversight of day-to-day security operations for GovernmentActivities, to include coordination security requirements of contracts with Legal, Program Management, Primes, Subcontractors, and Government Customers.
You will:
Responsible for supporting and administering security aspects for Ministry of Defence and government agency customers to include the lifecycle of security clearances.
Serve as primary liaison with the Business for security matters.
Administer security programs and procedures for classified, sensitive, or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment including maintaining manuals outlining regulations and implement processes for handling, storing, and recordkeeping for access.
Understand government security requirements/regulations and assess their applicability to the environment; Working knowledge of government databases: Experience with SIMS is a plus.
Experience writing security volumes for proposals, Security Aspects Letters (SALs), and other contract mechanisms.
Essential Requirements
U.K. Citizenship with ability to get a government clearance required; existing clearance is preferred.

What you’ll achieve
We are looking for an experienced qualified company secretary to join our international team and provide support on a wide range of EMEA corporate governance matters. Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, preparing board materials for annual and ad-hoc board meetings and overall subsidiary entity management.
You will:
Be responsible for statutory compliance and governance support for a diverse portfolio of EMEA subsidiary entities
Manage complex intercompany consolidations– providing corporate secretarial support for intra-group mergers, business transfers and dissolutions, as part of the simplification of complex group structure
Be Involved in corporate restructurings, liquidity transactions and tax initiatives
Monitor changes in legislation and regulation and implementing appropriate action
Provide corporate governance advice to stakeholders, such as company officers, accounting team, tax team and commercial legal team, and liaising with external auditors and legal advisors
Manage the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions; managing board and shareholder meetings end to end & handling necessary corporate documentation to ensure timely statutory filings
Ensuring entity management database is maintained for the entities managed
Essential Requirements
Experience overseeing entity management for a large portfolio of EMEA subsidiaries, preferably in a multinational corporation
Qualified member of the Chartered Governance Institute with extensive experience in a similar governance role
Knowledge of governance best practice, relevant issues, statutory requirements and regulations
Experience in board management and minute taking in a business or committee environment
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; experience with entity management databases
Desirable Requirements
