You will:

The Principal Industrial Designer responsibilities are to define a cohesive design strategy for computer peripheral solutions that operate Commercial, Consumer and Gaming. This individual will drive user experience excellence and innovation ecosystem solutions. As a key member of a cross functional team, the Principal Designer will be required to engage customers and account executives as well client technologists to determine pain points and develop industry leading solutions. The team member will also be responsible for flawless execution of design intent leading to successful product launch and market adoption.Essential Requirements

- Undergraduate Industrial Design degree and 15+ years of relevant experience

- Expert skillset in 3D CAD modeling (Cero preferred)

- Expert 3D visualization skills with both sketching and digital tools (Keyshot a plus)

- Can process and integrate research studies, reports, trends, data, and information into plans, deliverables, and recommendations.

- Requires strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator, Aftereffects).

- Strong knowledge of materials and processes as well as DFMA.

- Able to follow and apply existing Design Language Guidelines.

Field Service Engineers act as company liaison on administrative and technical matters for the customer, and they help interpret customer requirements and if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support representatives or Field Services.

What you’ll achieve

As a Field Service Engineer, you will apply technical support expertise to resolve customer issues by driving timely onsite services for Break/Fix and proactive maintenance.

• You will collaborate with peers and internal SMEs to increase your knowledge.

• You will seek resolution to achieve closure of complex issues.

• You will need to keep abreast of our technology and service offerings.

• You will use troubleshooting/diagnostic tools, content and analytical practices to help determine the best way to resolve identified and unidentified problems.

• You will develop professional expertise and apply company policies/procedures to resolve issues.

• You will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Essential Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Intermediate hardware technical skills

• Advanced professional skills

• Fluent in Dutch & English

• Full clean driver’s license

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Dell EMC Proven Professional Specialist Level certification in at least one of the following: PowerScale, ECS, VPLEX/metro-node, XtremIO, Unity, VMAX/PowerMAX, Data Domain, Avamar, Hyperconverged (VxRail, PowerFlex) or PowerEdge.

•Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software/storage environments
•Prepare written software/storage specifications for sophisticated products from architectural diagrams and documents
•Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
•Develop, review and implement test strategies for software products and systemsEssential Requirements

• Expert in MATLAB and Simulink modelling for 5G flow
• Expert in designing, implementing, and testing new blocks for FPGA Radio platforms
• Expertise inNR/LTE/eCPRI/CPRI/PTPprotocol analysis and implementation with signal processing knowledge and background
• 5G Radio development background
• Good in Python and scripting languages

• 5-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
