Senior Consultant, Product Management (AI/Agentic)

Join our Product Management team to shape the next generation of AI + Digital transformation and enabling Service Modernization 2.0 as a Product Management Senior Consultant iWith clear visibility into how Digital Products contribute to broader modernization goals. You’ll define strategy, lead delivery, and ensure safe, measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle.

As a Senior Consultant, you will identify high-impact AI opportunities, design the North Star experience, and deliver products that align with business goals. You’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to build integrated roadmaps and execute responsibly.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities tied to clear outcomes.
• Design and validate the North Star experience through prototypes and testing.
• Ensure responsible product delivery with governance guardrails and strong observability.
• Quantify impact and own product metrics (adoption, NPS, cost savings) against OKRs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage dependencies and drive execution in Agile frameworks.

• 15-18 years in product management or related roles, including 3+ years in AI/ML-powered products.
• Proven ability to define long-term vision, write PRDs/user stories, and lead end-to-end delivery.
• Strong technical acumen: architecture, data, model integration, evaluation, and safety.
• Analytical mindset with experience in product analytics and experimentation.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with cloud, edge, compute, storage, networking, and security domains.

Essential Requirements

• 5 -7 years of relevant experience.
• Field Working experience of at least 2-3 years as customer engineer / Field Engineer providing break-fix support.
• Working knowledge of DELL Technologies storage products which includes PowerMAX, VMax, Unity, Isilon, ECS, DD etc.
• Industry certification from Dell EMC, Linux, Windows, VMware or Networking

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant Dell EMC product certification at Professional Specialist Level.

• Media and Reviewer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and tech influencers across Australia, Japan, India – working with regional PR leads, as appropriate, and providing strategic counsel – spanning tech, business, lifestyle, and emerging platforms.Product Readiness: Partner with internal teams to ensure reviewers receive high-quality, fully prepared products on time, while troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. This includes taking product and configuration advice from US-based counterparts and adapting and adjusting to optimize for what works best in key APJ markets.Amplify Reviews: Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage positive reviews for external promotion and ensure insights are shared with cross-functional teams to inform future product improvements.Competitive Intelligence: Deeply understand the product landscape, including key competitors, to provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders andStakeholder Communication: Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, keeping all key stakeholders informed and aligned in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years in journalism, public relations, or communications, with a strong preference for candidates with IT industry experience.

• Education: A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of consumer technology products and services, with basic technical knowledge including familiarity of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

• Proven ability to build and manage media relationships, including with tech press, business press, and influencers.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Desirable Requirements:

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and tight deadlines, while maintaining a collaborative and innovative approach.
