You will:

• Participate in the development and review of high-end production code for software/storage requirements and specifications
• Use defined software lifecycle methodologies

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field
• Good programming skills - experience in C and Python is a must
• Good knowledge in operating systems (multi-threaded programming, locks, scheduling)
• Ability to code/debug in a large and complicated code base
• Motivated to learn, grow and get inspired by new ideas

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with test driven design is a big advantage

You will:

• Plan and prioritize resources for order fulfilment – order priority, build/ship capacity plan, etc.
• Drive backlog fulfilment to meet corporate business plan, which involve backlog ship planning, end-to-end risk assessment, execution tracking

you will be responsible forwhich is part of the end-to-end demand planning of multiple industry commodities for the Server business across APJC: from developing weekly, system level sales plans to determining component level supply requirements that support the sales plan to optimize product availability and cost. You will work with Product Line Marketing, Field Marketing & Unit Production Plan teams towards demand accuracy & stability and offer solutions to best utilize available supply and mitigate impacts of demand/supply challenge.

• You will develop a strong understanding of the Server marketplace, demand forecast creation, demand shaping tactics, product transitions and P&L management.
• From this role, you will rigor business acumen across the end-to-end value chain from Sales through Procurement and Ops.
• You will also ground the academic business analyst skill you learn in school to real business world appliance by leveraging multiple planning tools with various algorithm.
• This role provides you the opportunity to demonstrate influencing skills, dealing with ambiguity, and end to end thinking.
• You will be part of the modernization journey of server demand planning.

Essential Requirements

• Candidate must have excellent business and finance acumen with good knowledge of marketing, supply chain operations and/or financial management.
• Candidate required to master analytical skills including tool usage of Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Master’s degree in any major. Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field are preferred.
