The Tax EUC/ITeSS Risk & Controls (R&C) Specialist provides strategic oversight, guidance and support related toEnd User Computing (EUC) and IT Enabled Smart Solutions (ITeSS)policy compliance, execution and maintenanceacross the Citi Tax function globally.The individual should possess an in-depth understanding of EUCs/ITeSS use cases and Operational Risk management, with a good understanding of the financial industry.This role will have responsibility for supporting all aspects, phases and strategy related to the EUC/ITeSS Framework and end-to-end EUC/ITeSS lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with CPSO Strategy Leads, SMEs, and key stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.

Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
Deep knowledge of regulatory environments, particularly in financial services.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with an execution-driven mindset.

Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Anti-bribery and Corruption (AB&C) Program, including policies and practices.
Proactive identification and bribery and corruption risk in the business and functions activities.
Conduct AB&C Due Diligence of business transactions with heightened risk factors
Conduct risk assessment and due diligence for new products and activities

Qualifications:
3 years of experience in management of AB&C risks and compliance in international financial institution, Law firm or consulting firm
Detailed knowledge of AB&C laws, regulations, regulatory expectations relevant to AB&C, including U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") and UK Bribery Act ("UKBA")
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy, self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive, able to work with minimum supervision
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization

About the role
The Global Funds Transfer Compliance Oversight (FTCO) team works with global and country AML, Sanctions, and Legal colleagues to provide advice and guidance to business Product Development, Payment Operations, and Technology teams. Support covers a range of areas including compliance with AML regulatory and legal requirements, client implementations and payment processing rules, assessment of operational structures for new products and services, guidance and oversight for transformational technology/infrastructure initiatives, and review of payment channels and schemes that may result in reputation/franchise risk for Citi.
The Global Funds Transfer Compliance Oversight (FTCO) Data Analytics Lead supports the global framework and program structure for the function. In addition to leading the Data Analytics workstream within FTCO, the role will assist in the development and implementation of internal procedures to prevent non-compliance with Funds Transfer regulatory and policy requirements and all related payment transparency issues that have an impact on financial crime compliance in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team.

This role will work in close partnership with other Payroll/Supplier Strategy Operations and Risk Management areas to assess the risk profile of payroll and supplier strategy processes and develop a robust risk framework that proactively identifies and mitigates emerging risks.
