Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product risk assessment, governance and compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies.
• Conduct client, market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities and help shape new product developments / enhancements.
• Implement client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
• Contribute to day-to-day product management including program delivery, client experience, process enhancement, client communications and managing product collateral across physical and digital assets.

• Partner with Marketing Product Managers in monitoring product/marketing programs, roadmaps, developments and launches to gain maximum benefit from each program/product and deliver on client value propositions.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years professional experience (banking/finance/cards preferred
• Business acumen with ability to identify alternate courses of action and comprehend trade off decisions

• Conduct Cross Sector reviews among multiple Citi business lines.
• Document and report the review/investigation findings and prepare case files with the required supporting documentation

• Advise senior management on next steps and provide recommendations on the next course of action (relationship retention, termination, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR))

The ten week summer analyst program starts in June and begins with an introduction to Citi and Corporate Banking. You will then join a team where you will gain a real-hands on experience by working on a number of live projects as well as attending speaker presentations. High performing summer analysts will be considered for a full time position in 2026 after graduation.
