The Associate Banker is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. The Leveraged Finance Senior Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the debt capital markets, as well as in providing financing advice, strategic advisory services and underwritten financing solutions for Leveraged Buyouts, mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with other divisions in Banking. The overall objective of this role is to help drive financing transactions from origination to distribution working closely with the client and the deal team from across various parts of the bank.Responsibilities:
