Minimum Qualifications:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- 8+ years Cisco networking experience with the following: Security, large-scale network design, deploying, and maintaining networks.
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent skills (Security).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in delivering Cisco standard methodologies and leading cross-functional teams to resolve sophisticated network problems.
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
- Superb communication, consulting, and customer relationship skills, capable of building productive teamwork and engaging with senior leadership.
- Proficient with Enterprise Security in an Army / DoD network environment; Familiarity with Route/Switch technologies & DoD C2C requirements; Experience integrating with Splunk analytics and capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and articulate a vision that inspires change.
