Your Impact

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Be the voice of the customer within the Isovalent team, learning directly from customers about their needs and pain points they have and ensuring that our solutions are best position to address those concerns and win in the market.
  • Shape product strategy by combining your vision for the product with a deep understanding of the customer needs, a strong grasp of the overall market and competition, and a collaborative approach to working with engineering to understand what we are uniquely well-positioned to build.
  • Champion our products, effectively communicating the value of Isovalent both internally and externally. This includes collaborating with marketing on product messaging and associated marketing content, and being an active part of the sales process (particularly for early-stage products) and presenting in EBCs to help educate customers.
  • Be the CEO of the product ensuring that all parts of the organization (engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales) are working in unison to make customers successful with the product and build the associated business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing facing role in the enterprise infrastructure space.
  • 10+ years of experience with enterprise datacenter networking technology, including both physical (e.g., Cisco) and virtual (e.g., VMware NSX) networking solutions.
  • 3+ years working with Kubernetes in a networking and security context.
  • 3+ years of experience working with public cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google) in a networking & security context.
  • Experience presenting to technical and business stakeholders at industry events and other forums

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience engaging constructive directly with highly technical engineering teams to help them understand customer requirements and the competitive market.
  • Experience in defining product strategy for networking and security in cloud-native environments.
  • Deep expertise in VMware NSX product capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Strong familiarity with Linux-based systems and Linux networking.
  • Experience collaborating with technical sales teams, including enablement programs or structured training initiatives.
  • Track record of working with product and marketing teams to integrate customer feedback into product strategy and messaging, with examples such as published whitepapers, product launches, or customer case studies.
  • Experience coordinating with technical marketing to develop high-impact customer-facing content, including technical demos, presentations, and competitive analyses.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus on product strategy

  • Define customer’s business structure and associated Cisco assets (HW and SW) that will be handled under the service scope.
  • Combine Customer, Network and Cisco’s view into an IB baseline designating the device quantity, type, location, service coverage and additional asset attributes.
  • Perform/implement a discovery process on a lifecycle basis of all software and hardware assets purchased, deployed/installed across the network, and establish a validation process with the customer to agree on the ownership and use of the discovered assets.
  • Provide insights to support customer reconciliation and validate Software and Service Enterprise Agreements Data (if applicable)
  • Coordinate and assist the customer with their "Smart Account" strategy to centrally organize licenses, devices, and specific license agreements based on business needs.
  • Prepare reports, lead frequent client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and conduct on-site visits (where required).


Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and build comprehensive reports that are in line with customer’s needs
  • A proficient communicator that is assertive and inspires trust in others
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organised with outstanding time managements skills.
  • Can-do-attitude and eagerness to deliver the best customer service in class
  • Bachelor's degree/Graduate preferred
  • At least 5 years of overall customer engagement/service experience
  • Fluent English and German speaker (other languages are also a plus!)
  • Able to travel abroad quarterly as required
  • Knowledge of the industry, Cisco products and services

What You'll Do

As a Partner Success Manager, you will work closely with our Partners to enable them to build a successful customer success practice.   • Enabling key Partners to own the adoption of Cisco Software through available programs.
  • Supporting partners in delivering Success Programs and initiatives with their customers, and providing insights to optimize these programs.

Your Impact

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption and utilization of Cisco technologies and services within our customer organizations leading to value realization and growth. You're the primary CX point-of-contact for customers taking end-to-end ownership. You will understand their Business and Technical objectives and develop strategies that will enable them. You will be responsible for ensuring we deliver customer aligned outcomes. You will engage with both executives and technical partners within the customer.

  • Drive adoption of software and services, leading to successful renewals and growth by mitigating renewal risks and increasing customer retention rates.

  • Develop and maintain strong executive and technical relationships with customers, understanding their business challenges and objectives .

  • Advocate for customers within Cisco, ensuring their needs are met, and they receive a high-quality customer experience.

  • Own financials, including services revenue and margin, and make strategic financial decisions.

  • Build and implement Technical Adoption Plans and E2E Customer plans in partnership with CSS, aligning with customer goals to improve technology investments and promote full use of our technologies.

You are a strategic problem solver with a strong background in customer success and technology adoption. You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to develop and cultivate partnerships with our customers. You're adept at handling financials and making strategic investment decisions. With expertise in driving software and service adoption, mitigating renewal risks, and improv ing customer dedication. You have a deep understanding of Cisco, our technology, and the industry landscape, while acting as a Technology Advocate.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Knowledge of at least one technology architecture.

  • 3 years of delivery experience and a solid understa n ding of software lifecycle practices .

  • Experience in developing and cultivating strong relationships with executive level customers.
