You will be responsible for

• Driving meetings with major customers in GC region to identify their problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Be able to apply critical analysis to the client’s security environment and provides security engineering designs and implementation in alignment with industry best practices.
• Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions.
• Drive projects success, improve customer’s satisfaction, and eventually get more business from customers.
• Addressing technical questions, offering insight into best practices and managing Proof-of-Concepts
• Engaging and educating key partners and customers on the latest security technologies.
• Providing training and implementation of Check Point's High-End products in complex networking environments
• Active participation in cyber security events

What you bring to the table

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant security engineering and pre-sales /post-sales/solution architect experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of typical customers networks
• Ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environment
• Strong technology on security related.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE

• Serve as the primary liaison for ERM's clientele across Hong Kong, ensuring optimal satisfaction and value realization.
• Champion customers' interests within ERM, influencing product direction and enhancements.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives, emphasizing the value proposition of ERM's offerings.

• Reporting & Collaboration:

• • Minimum of 6 years in a customer-centric role within B2B sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • 4+ years of specialized experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in B2B environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience in account management and/or commercial roles.
  • Proven expertise in Cybersecurity, Intelligence, WEBINT domains, or collaboration with attack teams (e.g., penetration testers, red teamers).
  • Proficiency in English(Speaking, Reading, Writing) is essential.
