Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Mid-Market Territory accounts in an Area/Region
• Work with Partner Sales Manager and our Channel Partners to cover all Territory accounts and drive sales growth and bookings to the Area/ Region
• Build business by recruiting new clients.
• Develop new business and maintain current business through engagement of optimal resellers.
• Support partners by conducting training, seminars, education and presentations.

Desired Background

• 5+ years of experience in Channel/Territory management and sales within the IT industry
• Partner/Reseller knowledge
• Need established relationships at all levels with customers in the assigned territory
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle
• Hands-on and proven track record of sales achievements
• Strong communicator and confident individual
• Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry – highly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

The cybersecurity threat landscape is evolving, and organizations need advanced security solutions to keep up. is an effective tool for protecting the enterprise. However, many organizations lack the personnel and security expertise required to effectively manage EDR internally.

• Monitor security events, provide notifications to customers, and escalate security incidents to our internal team
• Develop procedures, playbooks and workflows for the SOC.
• Develop relationships with MDR customers.
• Triage inbound Incident Response calls and emails.
• Work with customers, Check Point support, and development to insure proper functionality of MDR related products.
• Learn and understand Check Point products and technologies
• Creation of reports to customers for incidents identified by MDR
• Assist Senior analysts with performing incident response and forensic analysis of compromised systems, identify and provide recommendations for remediation

• 5 years of experience within the field of: Information Security, Systems Administration, Scripting or Programming
• 2-3 years of experience with enterprise security solutions
• Experience with packet analysis, endpoint forensics, or network forensics
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
