This Dealer Success Manager position will work to cover the Philadelphia, PA metro area. As a Dealer Success Manager, you will create and modify processes while collaborating with forward thinking leadership to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will educate and gain buy-in from key auto dealer stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.

General Responsibilities:

-Training and onboarding dealerships onto different programs, with follow-up meetings to ensure product and process understanding

- Assisting in the creation of training and onboarding materials and processes for dealerships

- Product and Process troubleshooting

- Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the Sales organization

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification

At least 1 year of experience in Process Management

At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management

Sales Territory: $106,700 - $121,700 for Dealer Success Manager (SM224)This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

As a Product Manager focusing on our Bank Modernization products, you’ll be joining a passionate team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to redefine how millions of customers interact with their money. On any given day in the Bank you’ll be:

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the enablement of Live Test Accounts (LTAs) within our new Core and, later on, more broadly for the Capital One Retail Bank organization

  • Partner with tech to nail down the technical approach for Live Test Account identification that is both feasible and scalable

  • Stand up the governance process that takes into account stakeholders across the entirety of BankMod, surrounds, and our legacy Core

  • Define a roadmap for full BankMod LTA enablement

  • Own the prioritization of incremental LTA enablement across BankMod and Retail Bank, and partner with BankMod, surround and operational teams to enable LTAs in their space

  • Own the LTA lifecycle (stand up, use/monitoring, sunset)

Here is what you will bring to the table:

  • Do-er. You have a bias toward action, you try things, and sometimes you fail. You dug up a hidden feature in an API that let you do something really cool or introduced a new routine that broke down silos led to better decisions.

  • Passionate. You care about growing others and bringing them together around what’s possible. You’ve started meetup groups or taught General Assembly courses because you love enabling others.

  • Communicator. You can communicate complex ideas clearly, your team knows their priorities and why they’re doing what they’re doing. Maybe you’re an introvert, or maybe you’re an extrovert, but nobody accuses you of keeping them out of the loop.

  • Wrangler. You’ve gotten back-end engineers to play nice with iOS developers, you can inspire an ETL developer to write creatively about her latest pipeline.

  • Fearless. Big, undefined problems don't frighten you. Youcan work at a tiny crack until you've broken open the whole nut. You are comfortable saying no.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management Philadelphia, PA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
