• Coordinates & facilitates the monthly SI&OP Process for assigned business unit across ASEAN.

• Oversees inventory, service and forecast accuracy performance across ASEAN markets, representing their division’s performance drivers in global forums.
• Partners with International Marketing on: Review Regional Forecast; Review Consolidated Country New Product Launch (NPL) Demand Forecast; Assess variations of Quarterly Commit; Needs Assessment for future country NPL input; Launch Strategy and Execution; Safeguard operations objectives for the HPPLP (High Performance Product Launch Plan); Product Rationalization strategy and execution; Scarce Inventory allocation; Back order or scarce inventory communication strategy.
• Partners with Global Supply Chain (GSC) on: Product rationalization (Phase in & out); Challenge Global Product Allocation decisions; Back order availability information; Participates actively in S&OP meeting by - Presenting International Demand Forecast,

• Responsible for country order fulfillment activities and be the point of contact for order management matters.
• Responsible for country inventory management, ensuring inventory plan is aligned with business plan.
• Responsible for 4PL management, ensuring all warehousing and distribution activities meet the agreed SLA.
• Responsible for managing country distribution expenses and ensure it is in line with the budget.
• Collaborating with the cross functional team to support and meet the country inventory requirement.
• Ensure the operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
• Lead and drive regional and local initiatives to drive process excellence within the country.
• Ensure distributor orders being fulfilled as per agreed service level.
• Tracking backorders and provide fulfillment details to commercial team and business partners.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to meet the planned DIOH (Days Inventory on Hand) targets.
• Reduction of slow moving or nonmoving inventory to reduce inventory reserves.
• Demand and supply planning alignment with Regional Demand Planner in monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) meeting.
• Working with service providers for timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Ensure 4PL warehouse and distribution activities are aligned with BSC Quality Agreement.
• Drive process improvements to improve operational efficiencies.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist and coordinate all activities related to field inventory management for the country.
• Responsible for field inventory KPI such as Field Inventory Days (Field DIOH), slow moving goods and consignment count coverage.
• Ensure stock accuracy on consignment accounts through execution of consignment count as per count plan and timely reconciliation of count results with sales and customer service.
• Support regular reviews and updates of consignment stock levels (PAR levels).
• Monitor field inventory movement for both long-term and short-term consignment.
• Manage product expiry in the field to minimize inventory scrap.
• Execute field inventory strategy to drive field inventory optimization and improve customer service level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain/ Logistics, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of supply chain/logistics experience
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Critical thinker with good problem-solving skills
• Minimum intermediate level in MS Excel skill.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
