Drive execution of AI and automation initiatives that support Boston Scientific’s business objectives
Partner closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver impactful automation solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
Measure and track success metrics to demonstrate business value and scalability
Strategic partnership in AI
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, contributing ideas on AI strategy, trends, and best practices
Stay informed on emerging technologies and approaches, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the business
Represent the AI and automation team in business discussions, bridging technical expertise with organizational needs
Support the evolution of Boston Scientific’s AI roadmap and capability maturity
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in AI, intelligent automation (RPA, ML, NLP, etc.), digital transformation, or related fields
Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful AI and automation solutions with measurable business value
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work across functions
Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning, upskilling, and developing others
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Prior experience leading projects, mentoring peers, or informal team leadership
People management experience (direct or indirect)
Passion for emerging technologies and their application in solving business challenges
