    • Estimates project levels of effort and resource requirements by using standard estimating techniques and tools, and by working with appropriate staff to understand scope of effort.
    • Prepares project plans, schedules and budgets by using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and by working with appropriate staff to understand tasks necessary to complete project.
    • Directs project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans.
    • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies (e.g. GSM).
    • Assures project quality by using standard development methodologies.
    • Communicates project status by preparing standard status reports, and by participating in departmental and customer project status update meetings.
    • Resolves project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.
    • Consults with internal project groups by sharing project management knowledge.
    • Conducts project postmortems and communicates lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    • Participates in external project management organizations, conferences and seminars to keep current with industry best practices in project management by joining professional associations and implementing a professional development plan with focus on project management.
  • People Management: Manages medium-sized (occasionally multi-site) cross-functional development teams; leads teams effectively; provides input to functional managers on team and team member performance.
  • Site PMO/Project Portfolio management: Oversees development, prioritization, resourcing, and status/tracking of site cross functional programs. Acts as liaison with other functions/sties for projects site is a contributor or stakeholder in.

What we're looking for:

  • At least Minimum of 10-12 years in Project Management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment. Medical Device experience is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker that is self-motivated & comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Proven quantitative abilities e.g., cost modeling, data analysis
  • MBA preferred
  • English Level Desired 90% C+

  • Apply corporate and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Participate in or lead department projects. Make suggestions or corrections to make a document clearer and more concise.
  • Initiate document Change Request and Peer Review approvals.
  • Manage the project records during development.
  • Assist with supporting tasks for the Labeling department as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, English Teaching, Translation or applicable field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • English Level: C1 (90%-94%)

  • Apply corporate and regulatory medical deviceLabeling requirements as it pertains to device product literature.
  • Work with other technical communicators to organize Instructions For Use (IFU) and related product literature to support regulatory submissions, market expansion, and product commercialization targets.
  • Interface cross-functionally within the product development teams to acquire source material forproduct literature, and to develop an understanding of BSC Neuromodulation device hardware and software products.
  • Interface with, and participate in the management of, third party translation suppliers to ensure that global product literature content is translated accurate per schedule.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a technical writer creating procedural-based instruction manuals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Technical Writing principles and ability to demonstrate such proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability working under the guidance of standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex information and explain it in a simplified manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Scientific and Technical Communications or similar
  • Familiarity with the use of Adobe InDesign and ability to demonstrate basic proficiency.
  • Advanced degree in a health sciences or a scientific field of study
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the FDA code of federal regulations 21CFR parts 820 and 801, as well as the EU MDR regulations governing medical device labeling.
  • Experience working with medical device labeling translation suppliers, including authoring content for translatability.

Required qualifications:

  • A four-year degree with a background (7-10+ years) in sales and a proven track record of success will help in making this position a successful team approach to selling in the catheterization lab and to our physicians.
  • Strong clinical, analytical, and selling skills are a must in this position.
  • Highly motivated, high impact individual with strong technical, analytical and leadership competencies to work effectively in a sales organization.
  • Highly detailed oriented, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Candidate must have experience working successfully within a matrix organization, effectively influencing cross-functionally, across divisions and at various levels of management.
  • Travel requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • Direct experience in Structural Heart products.
  • Sales management experience.
  • Proven sales team development.
  • P&L responsibility.
  • MBA or graduate degree in related field.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be$90,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
