• System Installation & Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and maintain mainframe subsystems and related software.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune subsystem performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Problem Diagnosis & Resolution: Analyze system logs, dump analysis, and performance reports to troubleshoot and resolve subsystem issues.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 7-10+ years of experience in mainframe system programming with expertise in two or more subsystems (CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, and ADABAS).
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in IBM mainframe technologies, SMP/E, JES2/JES3, TSO/ISPF, VTAM, TCP/IP.
• Proficiency in subsystem administration (CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ), with strong CICS installation and configuration skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of IBM utilities, RMF, SMF or other monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in scripting (JCL, Rexx, Python).
• Security configuration experience with RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in diagnosing mainframe subsystem issues.
• Communication: Ability to document processes, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, and system health monitoring using data-driven strategies to ensure high availability and efficiency.
• Provide deep expertise across z/OS subsystems such as JES2/JES3, SMP/E, RACF, WLM, and z/OSMF. Act as a go-to advisor for the most complex systems challenges.
• Guide engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and promote a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Oversee security frameworks, compliance requirements, and disaster recovery strategies for mission-critical workloads.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and practices (e.g., z/OSMF, Zowe, Ansible, zCX) to modernize, automate, and optimize mainframe operations.
• Create comprehensive architecture documentation, roadmaps, and operational procedures that inform stakeholders and guide implementation.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing IBM z/OS environments, with at least 3 years in an architecture or leadership capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of mainframe subsystems such as DB2, CICS, IMS, MQ, and storage solutions (DASD, Tape).
• Proficiency with system automation tools like IBM System Automation and BMC solutions.
• Expertise in performance tuning, resource utilization, and system health monitoring.
• Proven capabilities with security frameworks such as RACF or equivalent.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and scripting languages like REXX and CLIST; familiarity with modernization tools (z/OSMF, Zowe, Ansible).
• Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Experience with z/OS Container Extensions (zCX) and hybrid cloud integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• IBM Certified Systems Architect credentials (or similar certifications).

• Dive into a variety of datasets (pipeline, forecast, whitespace in different marketings, etc.) to become a subject matter expert on the data generated by and used by our GTM team.
• Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimize GTM processes and systems.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis of quota-carrying performance (e.g., pipeline review) to identify critical risks and opportunities. Share a range of information, reasoning, insights and recommendations that will drive decisions by our key stakeholder teams.
• Streamline operating review deliverables to drive consistency and reduce cycle time.
• Partner with Data Engineering team to share the roadmap and development of datasets, continuously enhancing our analytical capabilities.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or other quantitative fields.
• You have 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, consulting or an equivalent function, demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing advanced analytical models and strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Experience in a SaaS or tech company and/or GTM functions a plus.
• You have a strong capability to analyze complex data sets, extract key insights, and translate them into actionable sales strategies that drive business impact.
• Your experience includes predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources in order to build easily digestible data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• You have deep familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and experience with Python/R for data analysis and Salesforce data schemas.
• Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage mulple assignments and deadlines
• Proven ability to work effectively and establish relationships with business partners, especially with the heads of Sales, Ops, and Finance.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a comprehensible and engaging manner.
