The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. The primary role of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I - Registration Candidate is to acquire the necessary registrations and training to become a Financial Solutions Advisor (FSA) Stage I. Primary responsibilities of FSA Stage I role, include: Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals; Conduct client reviews/presentations, including a review of investment goals and recommended products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, banking, and managed money solutions; Engage and share value proposition with customers in the lobby; Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds; Participate in on-going training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Complex; The role is a bridge between banking and brokerage, therefore the FSA Stage I must have a general awareness of core banking and investment solutions.
