What you'll do:

  • Ensure trades that are executed by Financial Advisors (FAs) / Investment Managers are booked timely and accurately to client accounts
  • Eliminate risks by proactively monitoring workflow, serving as quality control and escalating issues as appropriate while engaging the right leaders and partners
  • Serve as or assist the trade allocation subject matter expert to problem-solve complex/escalated issues and provide training and support to the processors
  • Pull reports, analyze data and place data in a usable format for dialogue and decision-making including daily statistics and metrics for Single Process Inventory

The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and processing all work for the Automated Investment (Sweep) product including the high-risk process of the Mutual Fund Trades, wires, and financial entries. 1099, 1042 reporting and Form W-9 and W-8 validation is heavily emphasized.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reading, analyzing and/or determining the appropriate handling and resolution of requests.
  • Will work with internal and external business partners/clients to provide resolution to inquiries, issues, and/or technical support.
  • Candidate will be responsible for processing/verifying account set ups, maintenance for Sweep.
  • Assigning incoming work, assisting with audit reviews, regulatory reporting, gathering statistical information and producing monthly reports.

  • TSAs provide critical assistance in proposal generation, presentation development, price modeling, revenue tracking, pipeline maintenance, client meeting preparation/delivery/follow-up and ad hoc direct sales opportunities; have the opportunity for early and direct client facing experience, through participation in client meetings.

  • They will partner with Private Banking TSOs, Private Bankers and their Teams, Product Solutions Specialists, Dedicated Service and Implementation Advisors and other partners to deliver on client cash management requirements, including provision of thought leadership and treasury advisory.

  • TSAs work closely with TSOs to develop and execute a portfolio growth strategy.

  • Additional collaboration with Liquidity, Investment, CashPro partners is expected in support of TSO-defined client objectives.
