As a Market Leader for the Advisor Development Program (ADP), you will:
Provide regulatory supervision and oversight to advisors
Ensure ADP participants are meeting and achieving hurdles
In alignment with national program, lead training and develop activities, tools, and routines to help enable Advisor Trainee productivity
Personal involvement with ADP participants who require heightened support to achieve success

Engineer is expected to respond to policy requests and incidents for the CrowdStrike client and Trellix applications. In addition, this individual will have to coordinate with multiple groups within the bank and follow bank-approved processes for policy approvals, change management and problem management.
