Responsibilities Include:
Bank Account opening, closing, maintenance, migrations and dormancy reviews
The operational set-up and maintenance of bank accounts
Responsible for supporting the attestation and certification processes
Challenging the team’s processes and generating ideas to streamline workflows
Builds relationships with key stakeholders to improve processes
Responsible for managing the bank account management inbox
Gatekeeper for bank account related queries
Support the implementation of a standardised operating model and framework for Bank Account Management within Global Market Operations
Responsible for ensuring adherence to the Bank Account policy
Resolution of exceptions and escalation to ensure the teams processes are completed in a timely manner

for quarterly disclosures.
Working with the Global Valuation Group to ensure ongoing review &
enhancement of valuation control methodologies and practices.
Ensuring procedure documents are accurate and up to date
Assisting in the streamlining and enhancement valuation processes and becoming actively involved with system development ranging from technical enhancements and new product releases to automation of existing processes.
Engaging with the key stakeholders including Front Line Units, Accounting Policy
Group, Risk and Global Valuation Group to implement appropriate accounting
policies and procedures.
A strong understanding of valuation controls, regulatory rules and governance
including Independent Price Verification, Valuation Adjustments and Prudential
Skills that will help:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or CFA with good working knowledge of accounting concepts is preferable.
Good, recent working knowledge of Fixed Income businesses and Valuation Control

As a Senior Business Control Specialist, you will be responsible for executing testing that assesses compliance with AML/Financial Crimes Global Standard requirements. You will ensure accuracy and timelines of test execution. Additionally, you will maintain a culture of compliance and supporting the identification, escalation, and timely mitigation of compliance risks.
Responsibilities:
