Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • This Inside sales position will be responsible for handling all leads produced by digital sales platforms.
  • These lead flows will include but are not limited to inbound calls, digital requests for additional information, online click to chats, and digital outbound leads.
  • The seller will be responsible for following up on these leads within a given SLA timeframe and work to manage leads through the sales process to eventually close new revenue deals.
  • Prepares sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required.
  • May act as a support for field sellers efforts with their assigned accounts with no individual account ownership or as an independent seller with ownership of a geographic territory or named account list.
  • Implements plans and actions.
  • Contributes to the strategic plan.

Education:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree.

Experience:

  • Requires 0-1 years experience.
