Responsible for managing and optimizing materials and inventory functions, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and efficient supply chain operations.Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•Manage and optimize inventory levels, oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials, and ensure accurate tracking and security through meticulous documentation and system reviews.
•Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy, and analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
•Utilize inventory management systems to enhance efficiency and tracking and develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
•
NoEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
