What you will do:

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or creative partnerships.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading a client-facing team.
• Proven record of meeting retention and upsell goals in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior creative, marketing, and procurement stakeholders.
• Confident in negotiation, forecasting, and managing contracts.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative use cases to measurable business results.

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Account Management to lead our Account Management teams in Israel. In this senior role, you'll be responsible for scaling, mentoring, and enabling multiple high-performing teams, implementing best practices, ensuring ongoing account success, renewal growth, and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage strong teams of Account Managers.
• Focus on hiring top talent and a winning organization.
• Define and implement best-in-class account management practices and workflows.
• Drive account retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Work closely with Sales to align on customer lifecycle goals and handoffs.
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs to monitor team performance and customer outcomes.
• Support strategic enterprise accounts when necessary.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the voice of the customer is heard.

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

Wake up for this:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
• Generate and manage the sales pipeline, handle sales processes, and meet or exceed sales targets
• Managing inbound leads - understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities

• Working and maintaining a database of current and potential customers to build long term relationships
