โ Create, review and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
โ Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining the books up to date.
โ Communication with external vendors.
โ Internal approval flow and communication with the Companyโs managers.
โ Prepare and take active part in the payment cycles to local and foreign vendors.
โ Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed.
Requirementsโ Certified Bookkeeper.
โ At least 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper.
โ Good verbal and written skills in English.
โ Experience in High-tech/start-up companies โ An advantage.
โ Experience with NetSuite - An advantage.
โ Experience with Microsoft Office.
โ Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask.
