Key Responsibilities
Develops complex scope business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share
Recommends investment decisions for new product development
Conducts complex competitive analysis for specific products or product lines. Drives Red Team Analysis
Assists with complex pricing strategies to build and protect a leadership position in market share while enhancing profit margins and developing marketing tools for successful product introductions
Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and enhance existing products as well as communicate critical market needs and time requirements
Understands technical and business environments. Assists with the development of strategies to meet business objectives
Supports the Field to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimization of all opportunities for account partnership and penetration
Manages release of complex products through the end of their product life cycle
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a technical related field. Masters degree a plus.
7-10+ years of experience in semiconductor, solar, or display industries
Experience with ALD (Atomic LayerDeposition) and CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition)
Strong preference for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin.
Experience in product marketing and management of product development, product management, and product promotion.
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies

This role focuses on product, market analytics, actionable insights and communications consolidation in support of the Service Business Units (SBU) and Applied Global Services (AGS) segment. This person will engage cross-functionally torelevant analysis, aligned insights and internal/external executive communications in support of business operating rhythms. The person will contribute to strategic development in support of the SBU and AGS business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
-Prepares wafers for experimentation. May include cleaning. Loads wafers, prepares reactor for experimentation and cleans reactors. Operates reactor to perform various processes including metrology. Recommends performance of process system and troubleshooting.
-Coordinates with engineering on wafer evaluations. Sets up equipment for fairly complex experiments.
- Perform routine shut down procedures. Identify problem put tool down and call for service.
-Checks performance of process system and acts on making it compliant to best known method (BKM).
- Records process conditions and experimental observations. Evaluates wafers and coupons, including modification of the process recipes.
- Prepares graphs and tables summarizing results.
- Coordinates with process engineers on wafer evaluations. Sets up equipment for experiments.
