Key Responsibilities

Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.

Manages project schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.

Coordinates allocated resources from within the Division to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project. Initiates and manages purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.

Interfaces and coordinates within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.

Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.

Project Management

Technical Expertise

• Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate equipment and materials.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.

Relationship Management

• Build, collaborate, and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance, Facilities, HR etc.)

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing physical security projects.

• Certifications in Project Management

• Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems (C-Cure, Access Control, identity management, video management, intrusion detection systems).

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, SmartSheets, CAD, BlueBeam etc).

• Knowledge of construction and facility management processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Major Responsibilities

Key Competencies

Ability to recognize escalation points to facilitate timely corrections of AR and revenue postings.

Education and Experience

Excel hands on experience.

SAP knowledge is aplus.

Finance/accounting degree.

• Under direct supervision, forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.
