Key Responsibilities

• Proactively shape HR BU/Function strategies and priorities to align to BU strategy and changing needs to help shape the appropriate culture. Diagnose and provide appropriate interventions to optimize business performance to execute against strategy goals. Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements.
• Conduct organizational & talent assessments; develop talent strategy and pipeline to staff and build workforce capability. (e.g., selection, assessment, development, succession)
• Design and implement change management, communication and engagement strategies within the BU/Function.
• Actively partner, coach & develop executive leadership and management. (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management).
• Effectively leverage and partner with COE & HR Ops in the delivery of initiatives to deliver the HR strategy for BU/Function. Balance enterprise-wide and business unit specific needs with local requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience, including proven record as a strategic HR Partner in a complex and matrixed enterprise.
• Significant capacity for complexity, including the ability to conceptualize 1-3 year strategies and roadmaps.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools and systems to enable data-driven decision making.
• Prior success leading high performing teams of direct and matrix HR employees, ideally with experience managing experienced HR Partners.
• Demonstrated experience working dynamically with a strong capability to adapt to changes in the internal or external environment.
• Good Business English skills to be able to communicate with multinational stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and owns relationship for multiple customers and regions. Primary interface between sales and BU. Prepare and set tone for customer meetings.
• Formulates, integrates, and coordinates division strategy for assigned account(s) and/or region(s) to achieve specific Market Share (%). Executes to product Single Page Strategy with Sales.
• Understands customer roadmaps and HVPs. Helps translate into product development priorities. Positions division products within assigned accounts/regions in line with customer specifications and product technical capabilities. Contributes competitive intelligence to red teams.
• Aligns purchase and config spec responses. Responsible for closure of hardware and process specifications (RFQs).
• Gathers data, conducts value pricing analysis and recommends pricing structure of products. Partners with Sales for order closure. Develops pricing strategy to introduce product enhancements to increase margin.
• Qualifies, schedules, and coordinates demos, visits, and source inspections. Prepares and presents level 1/2 technical presentations to customers
• Responsible for achieving Account/Division level financial targets (gross margin, OpEx), book/bill commit and forecast.
• Manages multiple projects/ programs at the division level. Assists junior colleagues.

This role serves as primary customer interface for customers related to parts agreement, On-Demand engagement, service and labor dispatch and managing a broad spectrum of requests. Manage escalations from internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and maintaining customer trust. Qualifications -
 5+ years of working experiences in customer service, business operation, order management, supply chain, project management.
 Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to use positive language effectively. Customer-Centric Mindset, demonstrating patience, understanding, and strong listening skills. Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
 Strong detail orientation, proactive approach to tasks and challenges, high level of professional engagement, and consistent responsiveness in fast-paced setting
 Understanding of supply chain processes and overall spares & services business operations. Experience in project management and familiarity with SAP/CRM systems are pluses
 Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
 Demonstrates collaborative team work, inclusive and mutual respect in diverse, cross-functional environments.
 Strong spoken and written English skills (TOEIC score of 750 or above).
 Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and the service and repair of complex systems and equipment
• Work closely with the customer to develop leading-edge processes used to manufacture the most advanced semiconductor chips, many of which are inside everyday electronic devices
• Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE); analyze data with statistics; and compile reports with high-level conclusions on technically challenging process engineering experiments
