

Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to established business processes. Support development of new business processes. Develop and implement process improvement projects to increase service level performance and/or minimize costs.
Process and report monthly status of “in-house” process control reports, including in-transit, cycle count, inventory receiving and shipping reports.
Review inventory control reports for discrepancies and provide recommendations to management for corrective actions.
Gather data requirements for internal/external audit requests
Maintain logistic information databases and data accuracy in accordance with corporate policies.
Prepares & reviews files for import/export documents such as customs declarations, (SLI) shippers letter of instruction, SED (shipper's export declaration), IC (import certificate), etc. required for the lawful completion of import/export activities. Ensures that commercial and sales invoices are accurate in accordance with physical shipment and customer's SLI, quantities, value of goods, country of origin, and other regulatory requirements. Administers the efficient and economical movement of goods in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes.
Providing input on inventory levels and lead times to support purchasing decisions. Collaborating with planning and procurement teams to align logistics operations with supply chain needs.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or other relevant studies.
5 years+ of experience in planning, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
Hands-on experience with import/export documentation, customs regulations, shipping documentation and inventory management principles.
Familiarity with audit processes and data reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while adhering to corporate policies and compliance standards.

Verify the accuracy of manufactured parts and ensure inspection methods are properly followed.
Interpret drawings, specifications, and sketches; adapt measurement devices and procedures as needed. Read and understand basic technical drawings and specification requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Increases component availability at time of release by performing pre-shortage analysis. Performs work order variance analysis. Reviews MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information; reconciles supply and demand; validates master scheduling and/or PDS requirements. Reviews and ensures proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's). Prepares status reports of all ECOs and ECRs in process.
Participates in floor audits with Finance and resolves WIP issues. Attends production meetings and provides status on material shortage commit dates. Works with engineers to manage materials for special engineering projects. May work with work centers on shop floor control activities.
Inventory Control – Analyzes usage data and stock levels to order parts to satisfy service levels; maintains inventory levels per plan and expedites shortages; may forecast spare parts needs. Examines material variances, resolves problems where possible, and/or communicates more difficult problems to management. Assists in setting up new inventory systems or modifying existing systems, when necessary; assigns appropriate expediting duties to expediters. May manage obsolete inventories.
Process Control – Participates in identifying root cause and corrective action from PCI reporting and metrics, drives cycle counting.
