

Responsibilities
Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components
Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair
Identifies and corrects errors
Observes all safety standards and maintain a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment
Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices
Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept
Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly
Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries
Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components
Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details
May perform computer programming, repair or software
Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects
Requirements
Able to develop analytical skills and application of scientific methods to perform a variety of activities
Has good understanding of how the team integrates with others
Able to recognize and solve typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval and evaluate and select solutions from established operating procedures and/or scientific methods
Good communication skills to exchange of information
Able to commit Mon-Fri (4pm - 1.30am shift). Transport provided.

This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools. Key Responsibilities:
Act astechnicalliaison between field to factory manufacturing process.
Responsible for related technical support aspectsata specific customer: escalation, system installation, improvementprogramsand upgrades.
Involves in upfront Configuration accuracy Review Meeting (CaRM) and Non-Standard Request (NSR).Drive accuracy of customer shipped configuration and BOMs (bill of Materials).
Ability to analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) andwork onchange control processes including Non-Standard Request (NSRs) or Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Perform Validation Inspection (MVI) for specific customer tools thatispart of the Tool Readiness Assessment (TRA) process.
Monitor factory’s manufacturing progress and alert stakeholders for critical actions.
On-site presence at customer site to gain understanding of customer specific needs, system installation risk, manufacturing related non-conformances.
Lead andparticipatein Failure Analysis (FA) activities toidentifyand resolve long-term technical issues.Contribute to reducingtool installation andwarranty(I&W)costs through proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational data;develop and implement recommendations.
Builds andmaintainscustomer satisfaction through clear, consistent communication and the sharing of collective knowledge.Consistently able tooperatein high pressure or ambiguous situations. Solicits customer feedback.
Prepare projectplanandcoordinatesthe attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements.
Document and mitigate non-conformance repeats.
Functional Knowledge
Require functionalexpertise, broad company knowledge (howown areaintegrates with others) andadditionalindustry or business knowledge.
Has working knowledge of production system SAP, iOMS.
Demonstrate good knowledge of mechanical,electrical,pneumatic &vacuumand process testing.
Knowledge of manufacturing methods& commodities asrelated to product and cost structure.
Reasonablygoodexperiencein Project Management.
Experience in semiconductor industry - Waferfabequipment installation / process development or similar electromechanical equipment is preferable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineeringora relatedfield.
5 - 10years ofexperience working on Semiconductor equipment– either in manufacturing or as field/technical service. Preferably CVD equipment.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
Strong independent work ethic.
Willingto travel30%~35%of the time, with trips lasting a minimum of two weeks.
