In this role, you will be responsible for developing and owning IP level Netlist generation (Synthesis, UPF , scan insertion, external IP’s integration) & timing constraints, for both regular and custom requirements, from synthesis to sign-off, ensuring sign-off quality timing convergence. You will collaborate closely with the RTL designer to comprehend the design intent and clock structure, with the CAD team to understand and develop the flow, and with the Physical Design team to finalize and sign-off the timing. Additionally, you will actively contribute by generating ideas and plans to verify your own timing constraints. You will demonstrate innovation in timing constraints and flow to facilitate timing closure and address any potential pessimism or fallouts in timing analysis.
- Knowledge of the ASIC design timing closure flow and methodology.
- Expertise in STA tools (Primetime) and flow generation.
- 5+ years of experience in the field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in writing ASIC timing constraints and achieving timing closure.
- Understanding of timing corners/modes.
- Familiarity with process variations and signal integrity-related issues.
- Hands-on experience in generating and managing timing/SDC constraints, proficient in scripting languages (Tcl and Perl).
- Knowledge of synthesis, DFT, and backend-related methodologies and tools.

As the Data Center Construction Project Manager, you will handle all aspects of development for some of the most innovative and energy efficient data centers in the world. This position will support our US based and global data center campuses. The role requires close coordination with project partners from various teams including real estate, legal, design, EH&S, energy, construction, network and operations to bring our projects to fruition. You will lead multiple projects including equipment upgrades and modifications within live data center production environments in parallel with new construction efforts. Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills.
- 8+ years demonstrated ability as a data center (or similar mission-critical) construction project manager
- Lead and support the architects, engineers, and other specialty consultants from initial programming to construction completion.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent job-related experience
- Strong background in data center/commercial/industrial construction to include mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing building systems, tenant improvement, site work and ground up construction.
- Skilled in reading design and construction drawings for all fields.
- Experience with utility infrastructure, including construction and coordination of local utilities to site.
- Ability to professionally represent Apple’s interest at all meetings with Consultants, General Contractors, and Suppliers.
- Meet with internal strategic engineering groups, operations and business units to determine detailed project requirements.
- Experience in driving both internal and external partners to meet deadlines as the need arises per the project delivery schedule.
- Building and maintaining the project budget including securing internal approvals for capital funding.
- Ability to lead General Contractors to include competitive bidding and negotiation.
- Experience in reviewing and commenting on contracts and terms and conditions as it pertains to costing and deliverables for a project or scope.
- Review all proposals and change order requests from the Consultants, General Contractor, Suppliers, and Subcontractors. Prepare and present comparative cost analysis.
- Management and oversight of commissioning agents with experience in reviewing sequence of operations and test scripts.
