תיאור:
The O&M Coordinator will lead all maintenance aspects of day-to-day operations. They will report to the O&M Supervisor and be responsible for the following:- Act as a key liaison for site operations and maintenance work including scheduling and financial tracking.- Assist in maintaining records of all current regulatory and operating permits such as elevator and pressure vessel permits.- Perform weekly inspections of the premises to determine repair work necessary.
  • Facilities management experience with a demonstrated technical focus in maintaining mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire and life safety systems.
  • Experience managing relationships with external contractors and vendors.
  • Experience handling preventative maintenance plans and tools to monitor them in collaboration with internal and external partners, and the EHS team.
  • Ability to diagnose, handle, and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, including prioritizing and assigning repairs.
  • Ability to work from blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management.
  • Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technology and complex workflows.
  • Ability to lead customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive manner, and foster and maintain excellent relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
  • Very proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high growth, and results driven environment.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $25.10 and $37.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
