- Create, document and train factory resources on testing Beats HW and SW.
- Be responsible for analyzing and reporting test results to cross-functional teams.
- Utilize your excellent QA background to characterize defects that rarely reproduce.
- Manage defect tracking, publish test plans, report, and own the test case execution by the test team.
- 5+ years SQA experience, strong background in Quality Assurance along with experience in program management.
- Experience with Bluetooth/Wifi Technologies.
- Experience of testing audio products (headphones, speakers/soundbars, MP3 players, fitness trackers, set-top box, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- 2+ years experience as an SQA lead.
- Experience of working with multi-functional teams to coordinate testing.
- Experience in building resource plans.
- Digital Audio Knowledge.
- Scripting experience of Perl, shell, Applescript or JavaScript.
