- Masterโs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Applied Physics, or equivalent experiences.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dry Etching process development in semiconductor fabs or flat-panel display manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in critical contact via and metal dry etching processes.
- Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies and statistical Design of Experiments (DoE), including full factorial, fractional factorial, and Taguchi methods to analyze process variables, improve yield, and enhance process robustness.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in LTPS or Oxide TFT process development for high-mobility oxide TFT and LTPS+Oxide (LTPO) TFT.
- Strong experience in mass production (MP) and R&D, including Fab operations, SOP documentation, and process integration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, working closely with material and equipment vendors to develop next-generation etching technologies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of driving technical innovation.
