Working directly with Design Engineering Stakeholders, Construction, Operations, and Commissioning teams within the APAC region.Key job responsibilities- Evaluate cooling systems using in-depth CFD knowledge to make data-driven decisions aligned with our guidelines
- Drive successful project delivery while maintaining the highest performance standards
- Utilize innovation to reduce PUE, water consumption, and CAPEX while increasing efficiency
- Develop mechanical documentation including but not limited to narratives, drawings, specifications, etc.
- Drive process improvements across the organization.
- Perform building energy use calculations for determining capacity and type of cooling system required
- Perform CFD models on innovative and next generation designs
- Provide reports to senior leadership on the results of those models
- Perform water efficiency use calculations to determine quantity of water needed on site
- Develop special projects and assist senior engineers with detailed calculations for special projects

- 5 years experience with Sigma Six or HELYX CFD modeling software
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering
- Thorough understanding and use of principals, theories and concepts in mechanical engineering

This is a technical lead role responsible to design, implement and scale: (1) Security and Governance to protect sensitive data, define access controls ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, (2) Permissions strategy, (3) Policies and procedures for other engineers to ensure published content meets quality and performance benchmarks, and (4) DevOps and ML Ops. - Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
- 4+ years experience in Data Center or Carrier-class Telecommunications design, engineering, and/or operations and maintenance (O&M) of data center critical environment infrastructure.

- Master’s degree in engineering
- 8+ years cumulative data center design experience
- PE or EIT
- Prior project management experience; PMP, PMI
