The Water Infrastructure Tech is responsible for the following key duties:
• Conducting in-depth analyses and providing solutions to enhance Water Utilization Efficiency (WUE) for a specific area.
• Developing and implementing solutions to enhance the Legionella program for a designated area.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and permit requirements set by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ), local government municipalities, and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the assigned area's infrastructure.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for water infrastructure equipment, including ultrafiltration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and oxidant systems.
• Overseeing preventative maintenance and spare parts management for the assigned area.
• Properly conducting water sampling activities.
• Engaging and coordinating with vendors for troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Engaging with other supporting teams such as Field Engineering, Design Engineering, Environmental, Legal and Regional Water team.
