- To qualify for this programme, you must:
- Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
- Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030).

- Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme

You will address tickets generated by our automated monitoring systems; providing critical feedback to dial in and improve our systems. You must be willing to travel (up to 50%) to our gateways in order to address physical problems and troubleshoot faults and anomalies. Your contributions will keep our systems capable of serving our customers. These systems provide mission critical communications with Kuiper satellites. Ground terminals include state of the art tracking antennas, modems, and innovative support systems.
