DESCRIPTIONAlexa Shoppingは、お客様の発話データのアノテーション及びデータ分析を高度に行い、チームをリードするProcess Leadを募集しています。Process Leadはそれぞれのチームに属しているData Associateをリードしながら高度なアノテーションおよびデータの分析を行います。実際の仕事ではGlobalのStakeholderとのコミュニケーション、プロセスの新規作成および編集、新しいKPIの設定、チームのプライオリティの決定、Processの中身のSubject Matter Expert, プロセスのStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) を作成および編集、Data Associateのトレーニング、作業工程の効率化できる点を見つけ改善を行うなどとなります。GlobalにいるAlexa Shoppingのデータサイエンティストや様々なプログラムマネージャー、エンジニアとリモートの環境で連携しながらプロセスを進めていくことが求められます。【主な業務内容】 プロセスの管理およびオペレーションでのたくさんのチームとの連携 データを基にした分析及び、課題に対しての技術的な解決提案とプロセスの改善案を行う 様々なGlobalのStakeholderとのコミュニケーションを通じてオペレーションのマイルストーンの設定やプロセスの変更などを行う プロセスのSOPのギャップなどを埋めるために自分自身でOwnershipを持ってStakeholderとその改善などに取り組む プロセスを最も理解している人となり、Data Associateなどから寄せられる質問に答え、またわかりにくいプロセスなどに関しては積極的に編集する オペレーションマネージャーのサポートとして、採用活動やメンバーのPerformanceの管理を一部行う KPIなどを通じて、定量的な分析を行って、技術的な解決などを用いてツールやリソースの開発、及び実行を行う 複雑なソフトウェアやプロセス、分析などを用いて期日を守ってプロジェクトの統括を行う プロセスの中身やプロセスの改善点などについてより深く分析して、適宜自動化などを行うSome of the key result areas include,...
