- 8+ years of relevant systems engineering, or systems administration experience using Operating Systems, networking, and storage systems
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Enterprise Production experience in Windows / Linux or similar environments
- 3+ years' experience operating in a 24/7 production environment.

- * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer science, or a related engineering field.
- * 10+ years of experience performing Supplier Quality and Quality Engineering principles such as APQP, PPAP, DFX, and FMEA in new product introduction.
- * Proficient in hardware failure root cause analysis and leading corrective and preventive actions.
- * Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical quality issues.
- * Strong process improvement mindset for agile environments with a passion for quality.
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- * Ability to work in highly ambiguous environments and make informed decisions in real-time.

- * Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical components common in robotics (e.g., robotic arms, control panels, cables, motors, PCBAs, metal fabrication, gears/bearings, sensors, vision systems).
- * ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
- * Certified Internal or Lead Auditor training for ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- * Multi-industry and/or consulting experience in applicable industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Device, Consumer Electronics, etc.). Startup experience is a plus.
- * Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standards.
