As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will own technical engagements with a select few strategic AWS partners. On any given day, you might be leading an architectural design session with a partner's engineering team, advising on the best approach to migrate a complex application to the cloud, enabling a partner's technical team on new AWS innovations, or working with an AWS product team to ensure their offerings meet the needs of our partners. You'll also author technical content like white-papers and blog posts, and represent AWS at industry events, sharing your expertise and inspiring partners to innovate on AWS.

- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

- Work with internal teams to understand and respond to evolving user requirements.- Participate in site selection reviews.
- Critical Data Center equipment design including site-wide MV infrastructure, Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Switchgear, Transformers and Earthing.
- Creation of designs which meet or exceed our quality requirements and fall within our budgetary requirements.
- Work with regional vendors and manufacturers to specify the appropriate electrical equipment.
- Work with local utilities to understand and define site utility requirements.
- Work with local agencies having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with IEC requirements, the various APAC wide design codes and other jurisdictional requirements.
- Review and approval of equipment submittals.
- Define project scope and provide technical support for information requests prior to, and during construction phases.- Ability to work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical regions.
- Travel to sites for site review and work with onsite field engineers, as well as provide engineering evaluations, electrical systems audits, and startup as needed.

- 2+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation

As a Sr. Network Support Specialist, you will take part in the day to day delivery of support provided to eero customers across the globe. You’ll serve as the escalation point of contact for customers and Tier 1 Network Support Specialists, seeking resolutions for technical and account related inquiries that require more in-depth problem-solving and may be time-sensitive. You will work directly with CS Engineering teams when issues are large, critical, or complex.
