Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Trainee, you will work closely with the Finance Business Analyst and report directly to the Finance Director. You will contribute to the analysis of product lines and overall business profitability, while developing strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and development of new reports using Business Objects BI tools.
  • Support monthly closings and prepare Actual vs. Budget/Forecast analysis reports for management.
  • Enter and manage financial data in the Onestream Financial Planning System .
  • Contribute to the improvement of forecasting processes and tools.
  • Prepare journal entries for accruals and perform account reconciliations in ERP systems.
  • Support ad hoc projects and other finance-related tasks as needed being a valid business partner.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting , Finance, Economics , or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy, even when handling large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured and system-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Experience with SAP , Business Objects BI , Onestream , or other planning and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar marketing role. Experience in healthcare and medical devices is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of brand principles and marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with agencies or cross-functional teams is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience or close collaboration with sales teams is beneficial.

Customer
  • Will own the overall relationship with the Key Account
  • Identify and create customized knowledge pathways for the Key Accounts to create a win-win for both Key Accounts and Invisalign
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discounting, and pricing structures
  • Maintain data and information relevant to key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision making.

Process
  • Be the single point of contact for all customer related issues.
  • Ensure processes are in place to deliver on commitments to the Key Accounts.
Stakeholder
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, finance and customer support teams to ensure the end-to-end objectives are met
  • To analyze market requirements, strategies and formulate annual sales plan with stake holder for the region
  • To explore the market, identify customers and promote the products through individual detailing audio-visual presentations and workshops and to manage local sales & marketing (overall business development) for our brands
  • To partnering with cross functional stake holders for achieving business targets
  • To identify current market trends including market information to facilitate tender business
  • Co-ordinate with the regional liasoning agencies to ensure the timely participation in relevant key opinion leaders
  • Identify and develop institutional business in corporate hospitals, liaise with sales team to generate demand in institutions and to facilitate liquidation of stocks, demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making skills in relation to various customer needs and interest.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual must have mastered the skill set of a Territory Manager. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills

  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Track record of coaching/developing Sales Representatives
  • Capacity to execute marketing plans
  • Capacity to manage budgets and expenses

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • BDS/BBA preferred and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 yrs of experience into similar role or sales
  • Additionally, A degree in sales, marketing or a related science discipline would be an advantage.
  • medical, orthodontic, and/or dental sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • alternatively, background as dental therapist/hygienist and acquired valuable knowledge of the industry and its products
  • Can do attitude to drive Revenue for the respective Territory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Pride in excelling and self-directed individual.
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer knowledge is required.

  • Work with customer via ticket, phone or e-mail about new scanner installation/registration or technical issue, SW upgrades, basic networking, Scanning Assistance, parts and scanner delivery status information, basic clinical questions related to software inquiry / navigation assistance, strong software or hardware failure identification, call back requests and others.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in an easily understood manner.
  • Provide onsite repair on proprietary hardware if necessary
  • Focal point in communication between the customer and leasing company. Guide customer throughout the leasing process, making sure that financial documents are complete and accurate.
  • Manage and monitor customer accounts
  • Review shipments in the region and ensure they are being scheduled, handled, and shipped as per the regulation
  • Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issue whether it is an e-mail, tickets, inbound or outbound call.
  • Update and complete tasks that have been assign by the supervisors or managers, aside from those received via phone or email; such as complaint follow-ups, reassigned calls, etc.
  • Coordinate shipment of equipment and ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group.
  • Assisting internal customers with necessary documentation (e.g. pro-forma invoice, RA, documentation).
  • Contribute to and maintenance of the shared team knowledge base and procedures

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor level preferred
  • 1 – 3 years’ of experience in a similar role for a fast growing international company. Experience working with medical or other equipment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Any other additional language is a plus
  • Experience working with import and export regulations preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or SAP it would be consider as a plus.
  • A good understanding of and ability to troubleshoot MS Windows Operating Systems. Knowledge of Apple Macintosh is a plus
  • A good understanding of networking concepts and ability to troubleshoot different web browsers.
