This position is a maternity cover to be filled until early 2026.

- Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of various events for the company, including dental conventions, seminars, workshops, and other promotional events
- Acts as a main point of contact between internal teams and external partners, including but not limited to Training Service providers
- Support the Marketing Team for the event calendar and the daily management of the Event Management Tool (SFDC) – creation and management of all campaigns, online events and post event survey management
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and setup/tear-down,
- Assist in the creation and distribution of materials, in collaboration with the local and European marketing teams.
- Ensures compliance with ethical and legal standards by using the EPS and French Transparency websites.
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent University Bachelor’s Degree in Events or Marketing
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event planning and coordination and/or marketing
- English and French mandatory
- Strong organizational and project management skills, marketing acumen
- Customer orientated mindset
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with local marketing teams and European marketing team
- Strong knowledge of event planning and coordination best practices
