You will play an integral part in driving operational delivery for product and product initiatives across the CTG. In this role, you will serve as a mini-COO/CFO to Product Management, responsible for operationalizing aspects of the product strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Product, Engineering, Sales, Program Management and Finance organizations (among others!).

As a Product Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing data and report insights and trends to cross-functional teams across the company
• Understanding contributing factors and areas of opportunity to drive the business towards better and proactive decision making
• Collaborating with Product Managers to develop and manage to key performance indicators
• Providing Data Intelligence by designing, developing, and building dashboards and data sources by leveraging enterprise reporting systems
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure that market needs are met and pervade all aspects of the strategy
• Developing and standardize insights for global metrics, progress, and risks
• Helping contribute to the future direction of our Product Operations function within CTG

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including experience with pivot tables, v-lookup, formatting
• Have experience in presenting to and working with leadership at all levels of an organization
• Have experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Have experience analyzing data and modeling solutions to provide actionable solutions and facilitate larger organizational initiatives
• Be able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the
  organization

As a Tax Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the VAT and other taxes compliance process for various countries
• Creating Excel spreadsheets and work papers to support VAT tax returns for selected foreign entities
• Creating Purchase orders concerning tax services and wire requests supporting tax payments
• Working with other finance teams to support financial operations in relation to tax requirements
• Performing special projects or duties as required within the tax department

Our 6-month intern program starts in July. The program requires you to be available 40 hours per week during summer months (July-September). We offer the opportunity to work part-time during the academic year (October-December).
