As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional teams Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap
• Managing and mitigating risks and developing contingency plans
• Maintaining and communicating backlog of work with key stakeholders, guiding them on priorities based on business needs
• Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders with appropriate frequency, using standardized methods
• Maintaining and iterating on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a High School / Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Demonstrate experience working within a technical team and a good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Be experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Be experience with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP
• Be able to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability.
• Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills needed to work across global constituencies

As a Program Manager you will be managing complex go-to-market (GTM) initiatives that support our marketing mission critical goals. You will work with executive and management stakeholders across the marketing organization

As a Marketing Program Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing multiple concurrent cross-functional GTM initiatives aligned to a specific purpose from inception onwards
• Collaborating with the growth content strategy team, refining workflows, and developing systems for content plan execution.
• Fostering alignment and accountability among diverse viewpoints, while translating strategy into actionable, prioritized plans.
• Identifying, communicating, and tracking risks, dependencies, and strategic opportunities in a timely, clear manner
• Organizing and helping with project status reports for executive stakeholders
• Defining and executing a Change Management plan to meet program success criteria and ensure stakeholder adoption.

• Have 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience and a High School diploma or Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Have experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving marketing that drove change in a marketing organization or team
• Have Experience with marketing programs, demand gen, etc.
• Have a basic knowledge of marketing disciplines, program or change management, and design thinking practices
• Demonstrate interpersonal and organizational skills, communicating clearly, frequently, and transparently with diverse stakeholders.
• Have proven ability to build relationships, fostering trust and credibility
