Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assortment analysis to identify seasonal risks and opportunities.

  • Plan, purchase, and allocate products across stores to ensure availability and efficiency.

  • Partner with key stakeholders (Brand, Retail Operations, Supply Chain) to guarantee strategy execution.

  • Build reports and provide actionable insights on campaigns, product activations, and category performance based on core KPIs (Sell-through, Rate of Sale, Weeks of Coverage, SM, etc.).

  • Drive continuous improvement in product and assortment planning efficiency.

  • Manage full product lifecycle (Retail Intro / Exit), ensuring effective clean-up during transitions (End of Season Sale) and maintaining depth and coverage of key articles.

Requirements
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced (conversational level required).

  • Strong knowledge of Excel (data analysis, reports) and PowerPoint (presentations, strategy alignment).

  • Support data validation by running system checks, identifying inconsistencies, and escalating issues to Specialists/Managers for resolution.
  • Collect, organize, and consolidate inputs from cluster teams, ensuring that information is complete and formatted correctly.
  • Maintain planning calendars, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth coordination of IBP activities across clusters.
  • Track basic performance indicators such as forecast accuracy and support the preparation of KPI reports.

Key accountabilities include daily monitoring and execution of all inbound shipping activities, customs clearance, forwarding, and stock updates, ensuring business continuity and service excellence.

    Lead discussions and maintain strong account management with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and inbound service providers. Run regular performance reviews (QBR/MBR) and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Supply, Sales, OBF, and SCM Excellence teams to align on priorities and delivery plans.
  • Documentation, Compliance & Customs
    Ensure the accurate preparation and maintenance of shipping instructions, inbound documentation, SOPs, and HS codes. Monitor compliance with customs regulations and manage claims resolution when required.
  • Visibility, Reporting & KPI Tracking
    Provide visibility of inbound forecasts across internal and external stakeholders. Build, monitor, and report on key KPIs, lead-time performance, detention & demurrage (D&D), port pendency, and container movement. Conduct monthly & quarterly analysis of actuals vs. targets and share results with stakeholders.
  • Cost Control & Governance
