Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Adidas Global Business Services Center according to the requirements of the company Accounting Manual and specific group policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• General Ledger accounts reconciliation, accounts review and provide variances explanations by investigating and following up on differences
• Handling, monitoring, and posting different types of journal entries and clearings
• Tax calendar management to avoid fines and penalties
• Raise a booking request to AP team for Tax declaration
• Raise a payment request to Treasury team for Tax declaration.
• Monitoring and following up on differences between systems interfaces
• Support the successful execution of all Tax accounting activities, ensuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform period-end closing activities such as accruals, provisions, balance sheet reclassifications, and late adjustments.
• Close contact with the local Finance Teams across Adidas subsidiaries and other GBS located in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, handling daily queries such as mismatch–aging in intercompany and non-reconciled items in open reconciliations.
• Support team lead/ Manager in daily operations, KPI measurement, Audit request, Internal controls and other improvement initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Good Accounting knowledge (IFRS)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a business setting (B2+)
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
• Be a team player
• Experience with SAP, and Power BI is an advantage
• Experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in accounting/Finance/ Controlling or similar.
• 3 plus years of relevant work experience in the accounting/finance business area
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function

Drives store profitability by:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses
- Leading the execution of effective and efficient store operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Senior Store Manager to:
- Allocate resources and organize processes to drive profitability in a variety of situations and market conditions
- Have a working knowledge of the Profit and Loss Statement and the store KPIs and makes commercial decisions based on
sound financial judgment
- Track store performance data (e.g., best sellers, weekly forward demand and sales per square foot) and respond with solutions
that drive commercial successadaptations to the service offer
- Create a culture where all store activity and assets are vehicles for showcasing and driving Brand equity
- Actively ensure Brand and product knowledge is transferred into sales skills in all relevant categoriesare maintained consistently throughout the store- Drive continuous improvement in stockroom processing and replenishment procedures
- Minimize loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed
- Provide suggestions of ideas on ways to improve systems and processesare adhered to
- Work with the Senior Store Manager to identify strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder- Communicate a desire to learn and seize all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.
Responsibilities include:Supporting the Store Manager in:
• Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
• Monitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success
• Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
• Be a role model and lead your team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
• Guide and train all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service
• Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
To be successful in your application, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
• Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
