What you'll do:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions live or virtually, using interactive and hands-on techniques

Skills you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail, ideally within fashion, footwear, or FMCG, with a training or development focus Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Business, HR or related field—or equivalent experience
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate learners
  • Hands-on experience developing and delivering practical training content for a retail environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards and sales techniques
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience using learning tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning modules) is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Greek/Romanian language is a bonus
  • Driving license B

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in logistics or transportation management
  • Data analytical and intelligent
  • Proven track of strong performance in cost budget management and cost optimization experienceis a plus
  • Proficient in SQL, and Power BI; Be familiar with SAP, TMS, and MS Office tools
  • Good communication with external and internal partners across multiple functions
  • Strong integrity of internal cost and process compliance
  • Self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision
  • English as a working language and good presentation skills
