Build financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with brand shipment targets
Analyze in-season performance and provide recommendations to improve results
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
Manage franchise, key item, and replenishment forecasts to optimize inventory

Advanced presentation and communication skills across business levels
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
Minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting
Industry experience preferred but not required
Advanced Excel skills required

You will represent the adidas Golf brand with excellence, forging strong partnerships and driving market share growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategic sales planning and execution to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals
Analyze booking performance and implement growth strategies to maximize account profitability
Execute omni-channel marketing and merchandising plans to ensure best in class consumer experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive brand success
Develop and manage account-specific event calendars, promotional activations, and marketing budgets

Minimum five years of field sales experience in golf or sporting goods industry
Experience managing national key accounts in consumer goods
