Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans with innovative and effective channel strategies, ensuring alignment with division objectives to drive accelerated sales growth.
  • Oversee the profitability of channels, managing both top and bottom lines within the allocated budget.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and agile execution in the field.
  • Drive channel partners to achieve key performance metrics, including sales targets, stock levels, distribution coverage, and product portfolio management.
  • Enhance the effectiveness of the current distribution model and proactively seek business opportunities in potential or alternative channels.
  • Stay informed about changing consumer behaviors, market trends, needs, potential, penetration, coverage, distribution, and competition.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and inventory management.
  • Lead monthly operations meetings and quarterly business reviews to evaluate business performance, address operational challenges, and plan for future growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bechelor's degree or above
  • 5-8 years of experience leading a sales or trade team, with a proven track record in driving successful distribution channels across various markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of sales management, including trade planning and execution, key account development, negotiation of trading terms, new market development, and team supervision and coaching.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and channel partners, such as distributors and dealers.
  • Positive attitude with strong resilience and commitment to overcoming challenges and achieving results.
  • Excellent team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and demonstrates independence and decisiveness in task execution.
  • Strong operational and problem-solving skills with a history of delivering consistent results.
  • Proven leadership abilities with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Must possess a car and a valid Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing replenishments to meet required service levels while minimizing inventory.
  • Managing exceptions (materials, resources, orders) and determining how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost.
  • Optimizing and maintaining safety stocks to deliver the desired balance between inventory and service.
  • Optimizing and maintaining lot sizes to deliver the desired balance between inventory and cost.
  • Updates, maintaining planning parameters as appropriate.
  • Managing requirements and material flows related to purchased finished as assigned.
  • Managing the Deployment Planning Process. Reviewing and modifying (as needed) stock transfer requests that need to be firmed up.
  • Working closely with the Demand Planner on any issues related to the demand plan.
  • Working closely with the Subcon/Production Planner to determine how best to resolve supply constraints in 3M plants.
  • Working closely with warehouse and customer service to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders
  • Monitor receipts and transfers ensuring timely delivery and availability of product as well as in accordance with inventory plan
  • Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated supply plans
  • Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity
  • Conduct root cause analysis of KPI and identify/drive improvement plans
Qualifications:
  • Bechelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain
  • Demonstrated understanding of analytical tools (access, excel, minitab, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Operations Management, or Engineering preferred
  • Previous experience working on cross-functional and international teams preferred
  • Previous Supply Planning experience preferred
